How long do I have to return my order?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

For standard returns, return shipping is your responsibility. If your product arrived damaged or defective, we cover all return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees on any return.

Can I return a used product?

Sleepbuds (Dormiio Pro) can be returned within 100 nights, even after use. They should be returned in reasonable, clean condition with all original parts. For hygiene reasons, used ear tips cannot be returned. Unused ear tips in their original sealed packaging can still be returned.

How long does the refund take?
