How long does shipping take?

We process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location: Europe and USA typically 5 to 10 business days, Australia and New Zealand 7 to 12 business days, rest of the world 7 to 14 business days. Remote areas may take up to 14 business days.

Is shipping free?

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Every order is shipped with tracked delivery. You can also reply to the shipping confirmation email or contact us at hello@dormiio.com if you have questions about your delivery.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

Depending on your country, local import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. These are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. For EU customers, VAT is typically included in the purchase price.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us at hello@dormiio.com and we will do our best to make changes. Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify it, but you can return it once you receive it under our 100-night guarantee.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your tracking shows no updates for more than 14 business days, contact us at hello@dormiio.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund. You will never be left without a solution.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, take a photo and email it to hello@dormiio.com. We will send a free replacement right away, usually within 24 hours. No return required for damaged items.

Do you use dropshipping?

No. We fulfill all orders ourselves from The Netherlands. Every product is quality-checked before it leaves our warehouse. No third-party fulfillment, no dropshipping, no surprises.

Returns and Guarantee

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100-night money-back guarantee on our sleepbuds. Sleep on them for up to 100 nights, even after use. If you're not satisfied, email us at hello@dormiio.com with your order number and we will arrange a full refund within 5 to 7 business days. No questions asked. For hygiene reasons, please return the sleepbuds in clean condition. Used ear tips cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at hello@dormiio.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions. We respond within 24 hours on business days. Once we receive your return, we process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Do you cover return shipping?

For standard returns, return shipping is your responsibility. If your product arrived damaged or defective, we cover all return shipping costs and send a free replacement. There are no restocking fees on any return.

What condition does the product need to be in?

Sleepbuds can be returned within 100 nights, even after use. The whole point of our guarantee is for you to try them and see if you sleep better. They should be returned in reasonable, clean condition with all original parts. For hygiene reasons, used ear tips cannot be returned; unused ear tips in their original sealed packaging can.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

Can I cancel my order?

Will I be charged again after my purchase?

What currency will I be charged in?

Prices are displayed in your local currency when possible. The actual charge on your card may be in EUR depending on your location and payment method. Your bank may apply a small currency conversion fee for international transactions.

I have a payment or billing issue. What should I do?

A bank dispute can take 30 to 90 days to resolve, while we can often help you immediately. Include your order number so we can look into it right away.
